We believe that the church is far more than what happens on Sundays. One of the best ways to do this is to get connected to a Home Group. Home Groups are smaller expressions of our church body that exist to create spiritual family, foster growth as we become more like Jesus together, and to serve the mission of our larger church community.
Home Group locations are the general neighborhoods where each group meets. For the exact address, please reach out to the contact person for that Home Group.
If you are looking for a group or are interested in possibly leading one in the future, contact Nate@regenerationweb.com
*Beginning mid-June, our groups will be taking a summer break. Groups will restart in September and that would be a great time to get in touch
Wednesdays 7:00-9:00 PM
Anew is a group welcome to anyone! Join us for prayer, study, and community in the Regen Chapel on Wednesdays from 7:00-9:00 PM.
We are a group of people focusing on building deep community and discipleship with each other, with an emphasis on reaching out to people new to Regeneration, people not as new to Regeneration but looking for a home, and younger Christians. At the moment, we're mostly younger single people, average ages mid 20's-early 30's.
Family Group Network

Alameda West, Bruce, email@example.com
Oakland, Mark, firstname.lastname@example.org
A network of smaller groups for folks with kids. These groups have a smaller size to accommodate the changing needs of families, while also providing community, prayer, and study.
Thursdays 7:00-9:00 PM
"Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will" (Romans 12:2). At Renew, we get to know each other better over a meal, and then we study Scripture together and pray.
#tbt Throwback Thursday
Thursdays 8:00-9:30 PM
We named ourselves #tbt (Throwback Thursday) because when we meet on Thursdays we reflect on throwbacks to God's goodness in our lives. From time to time, we rotate meeting locations, but mainly we meet in the Dimond neighborhood. We're open to anyone joining us! Currently, we have a few young families and adults in their 20s-40s+.
Wednesdays 7:30-9:00 PM
Uplift home group is pretty diverse! We're made up of all ages. Some of us are single, while others are married. We all have different histories, walks of life, and ethnic backgrounds, but together we are all part of the body of Christ. Uplift is a space for us to meet intimately with God and others so that we can be transformed and be a part of God's transformational work here in Oakland. We welcome everyone and anyone, especially those who may not always feel like they belong.
Wednesdays 7:30-9:00 PM
The name zeteo is a Greek verb meaning to seek, pursue. Zeteo home group is inspired by the words of A.W. Tozer, "To have found God and still pursue Him is the soul's paradox of love." Our mission is to seek after God continually and, in finding Him, be filled with the grace to live in authentic community. Our prayer for all who join us is that you may "know the love of Christ that surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled with all the fullness of God" (Ephesians 3:19).
