We are looking forward to our 10 week Alpha Parenting Children course starting on March 22. The class will be offered on Mondays from 8:00-9:30 PM on Zoom and will include videos and discussion. The series is designed to help parents and carers of 0-10 year olds, and parents-to-be, to equip their children for life by looking at: building strong foundations, meeting our children's needs, setting boundaries, teaching healthy relationships, our children's long-term aim.

The course emphasizes the role of the family, and acknowledges that there is no instant recipe or formula for bringing up children, and different situations and different children call for different approaches. However, there is acceptance of the idea that some general principles apply to all families, and that there is great value in discussions with other parents.
