Circuit Training
Tuesdays 7:30-8:45 PM

Men, women, all levels are welcome! Join us for an intense 10 minute exercise circuit, including cardio, strength training, and core - exercises are all self-paced and modifiable. Typically, each session includes: set up, demonstrations, two groups of circuits, stretching, and tear down--- potentially, wrestling drills or a night run around the lake! Please dress modestly. No shoes necessary.
