Brazilian Jiu Jitsu at Regen is about learning, strengthening, conditioning, testing and honoring the fellowship we have with God and one another, as well as with mind and body we've been blessed with. As followers of Christ we can humbly say we "wrestle" with applying Gods greatness to our daily life. But through his grace we're able "to fight the good fight... and keep the faith." We'll have fun practicing that literally so we can honor God by applying it spiritually. Come humble, willing to learn and train hard. Bring your friends!

Circuit Training

WE GET FIT & EAT BURRITOS AFTER! Men, Women, all levels are welcome, except chickens! Join us for an intense 10 minute exercise circuit, including cardio, strength training, and core-- exercises are all self-paced and modifiable. Typically, each session includes: set up, demonstrations, two groups of circuits, stretching, and tear down--- potentially, wrestling drills or a night run around the lake! Please dress modestly. No shoes necessary.


Mom's Group (Currently on break this quarter till March)

The Mom's Group seeks to provide a community of care and spiritual growth for the moms of Regeneration. At Mom's Group we seek to do justice, love mercy, and walk humbly together as we explore what all this means in the context of being mothers. We typically do a study and pray together and for one another. Childcare is provided for children ages 12 months and older.
